Traditional Chinese Method
African White Peony is grown in Malawi. This beautiful whole leaf is in its natural form. Notes of honey and smells like a fresh blossom. This tea is a specialty orthodox tea. The leaves are hand picked and sun dried with care. The tea estate is one of the only tea estates left in Malawi, Africa, run by a family, while large corporations bought out all the others. Sustainability, gender equity, good health, and well-being are crafted into your cup. Enjoy.

The Impact from Your Purchase
When you purchase African White Peony tea you are actively helping this family operated tea estate which is one of the last standing. The rest were bought by large corporates. This tea estate plays a big role in the community providing 5 clinics for free and assistants who check on the communities general health. They also provide scholarships to about 120 kids with RARE CHARITY. Reforesting every space and corner of the land and supporting smallholders is their passion.
