6 to 8 ounces of water at 208 degrees Fahrenheit
3 to 4 minutes steep (longer for a deeper flavor, but no longer than 5 minutes)
Resteep up to 2 to 3 times, adding 10 seconds to each steep

Cold brewing directions
4 grams of tea
12 ounces of water at room temperature
Place in a jar in your fridge for 8 to 12 hours
