He originally started his farm to provide for his family but has grown to offer employment to others in his community. 1 teaspoon of tea
6 to 8 ounces of water at 208 degrees Fahrenheit
3 to 4 minutes steep (longer for a deeper flavor, but no longer than 5 minutes)
Resteep up to 2 to 3 times, adding 10 seconds to each steep
