This tea is grown by a farmer named Mrs. Li. She grows her tea 300 meters above elevation. It’s handpicked in the Longjing  Zhejiang province. The Shi Feng Mountain land was passed down from her father to her, which is now protected land. She is one of the few people left who still makes traditional Dragonwell tea, which has earned herself many awards for quality tea. Her husband hand rolls every batch before it’s delivered to you with passion.

Brewing Directions

Gongfu

  • 4 grams
  • 6 ounces of water at 175 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Steep for 8 seconds
  • Resteep several times adding 5 seconds each steep

Western

  • 4 grams 
  • 6-8 ounces of water at 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Steep for 30 seconds.
  • Resteep 2-3 times adding 15 seconds each steep

Iced or cold

  • 4 grams
  •  12 ounces of room temperature water
  • Place in a jar in your fridge overnight or at least 8 to 12 hours.
  • Add ice and enjoy
